How to Get Happier and Fulfill Your Potential at the Same Time

In this episode I’m going to talk about happiness – what it is, what it isn’t and how we can get more of it every day!  

We may have grown up with a ‘hustle harder’ attitude to work but I’m going to share research that argues that working harder is not always the quickest route to success. In fact, we need to spend more time doing things that make us feel good, in order to do good work.  

In this episode I’m going to share 3 easy ways that we can use Positive Psychology to increase the levels of happiness in our daily lives and in so doing, increase our chances of fulfilling our potential.
